First of all, MASSIVE congrats to Aram (Stana).
So proud of that guy and very well deserved too! First Q-Base 2010, then Defqon.1 NL 2011 MAINSTAGE, now Qlimax!

So, what do we all think of the line-up for Qlimax. The biggest indoor hard dance event around?

Line up Qlimax 2011:

Stana
Coone
Headhunterz
Zany & The Pitcher ft DV8
Noisecontrollers
Zatox
Ran-D
Gunz for hire
The Prophet

Host: Ruffian

I personally think it's disappointing to see no hardcore SPECIFIC artist(s). Granted I believe The Prophet will probably play hardcore but the fact that it also seems like the promoters haven't even ventured anywhere further than just the Fusion / Scantraxx labels annoys me.

Oh well, i'll be supporting Stana :D

Stana      My brother from another mother has made it to the big time!!!

The rest of the lineup can suck my nuts. Just confirms I absolutely will not be going in 2012, even if the lineup is twice as good as this!

Regardless of the lineup (which is the most epic thing since sliced bread) Qlimax is about the spectacle.. nowhere else in the world will you get a production this big, with a crowd this big (in one arena) dancing away to the latest unreleased tunage.. dunno whatelse you could possibly want?

better line up than last year, fuck wish id gone to this one instead. mainly because of Ran-D and Gunz for Hire, seeing as Ran-D's set was awesome at Defqon. 1 Aus.

Eh, I think Q have been really playing it safe in the past couple of years with the Qlimax lineup. Hell, this year they don't even have a hardcore act, only hardstyle and the opening act. Like Sam said above, Stana playing both Qlimax and Defqon 1 mainstage in the same year is unbelievable and he completely deserves everything he gets but he's really the only interesting face on the lineup.

Honestly I think that they're not horrible. Their first releases were really bad but over the past few releases they've become somewhat tolerable if you just want a easy-going cheesy melody. They're a real guilty pleasure for me. I feel like I have more and more of them lately.

i don't think they're right for qlimax, but they certainly appeal to their crowd. nothing wrong with an artist that appeals to the people, they're obviously doing something right. and i must say, their set at utopia was fun

This.

Far From Reality has to be my favourite of their tracks. THey just make a different style of cheese or 'euphoric' melody.

Anyway im glad they aren't at Qlimax, doesn't suit what Qlimax is, or what it used to be anyway.

good current artist qlimax line up that suit the event would be

B-Front
Gunz for Hire ( OR ADARO & Ran-D single sets)
Coone
Crypsis
Digital Punk
DJ Ezteq ( fuck i wish he had more of an audience think his music is perfect for a big party atmosphere)
DJ Thera
Zatox
alpha twins

You've lost the plot man, I have never gone harder to an artist like I did for them at Utopia.

no probz buddy, their kicks are the most unpolished dongs in the business, dodgy production with ultra cheese slapped over the top. they need to be taken into a field and shot. end of story. i guess you havent seen too many of the big hardstyle artists at parties yeah? if you think WPz set at utopia was the best then you still a bit to learn young padawan ;)
